Junior – Artificial Intelligence and Data

We are looking for a junior figure to join Deloitte Consulting's Artificial Intelligence and Data team in Rome/Milan, working in Hybrid mode.

In the Artificial Intelligence & Data Team, you will have the opportunity to help companies in the Analytics field to enhance data from heterogeneous sources, transforming them into accurate and immediately usable information, essential elements for companies that want to make fact-driven decisions. The Artificial Intelligence & Data Offering is therefore the best-in-class option in the identification, design, and implementation of Advanced Analytics, Machine Learning, Data Visualization, Big Data Management solutions, with a technologically agnostic approach.

Your Role

The Junior resource will be included in a work team, supporting senior colleagues and dealing with:

• Proactively interpreting client needs, identifying consistent methodologies and approaches

• Developing initiatives and solutions independently, collecting and analyzing data to support the development of solutions for clients

• Preparing teasers and presentations to support top management

• Identifying potential risks and critical issues and promptly sharing them with the rest of the team

• Effectively collaborating in heterogeneous and international teams

What we offer

The remuneration for the Analyst position is between EUR 26,500 and EUR 31,000 gross per year. In the case of an internship, an internship allowance is provided. The classification will be defined during the selection phase based on the profile and in application of the National Collective Labor Agreement for Commerce, Distribution, and Services. The definition of specific compensation, including any variable elements (such as MBO) or accessory benefits, will depend on the evaluation of the profile against the requirements of the position.

Winning Requirements

• Brilliant academic career with a specialist degree in STEM subjects

• Familiarity with database modeling and query language; knowledge of one or more data access and programming languages (Python, R, Java, SQL); excellent knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Power Point applications; academic notions of statistical models for data analysis

• Strong propensity/interest in new technologies and IT

• High aptitude for working both autonomously and in a team, analytical and problem-solving skills, stress management, flexibility, precision, and a strong orientation towards achieving results

• Excellent knowledge of English; willingness to travel, including abroad
