ANALYST EXPERIENCED – DEAL TRANSFORMATION – TECH

We are looking for an Experienced Analyst to join the Deal Transformation - Tech team in Milan, who will work in Hybrid mode. The Deal Transformation team supports clients in every phase of an M&A operation, from the pre-deal phase with business and operational due diligence to support investment decisions, to post-deal value creation through integration and performance improvement initiatives.

Your Role

The resource will be included in a work team and will deal with:

• Extraordinary finance operations (M&A), where we provide end-to-end support throughout the deal lifecycle: from M&A Strategy Tech to IT Due Diligence, continuing with the execution of integration and/or separation projects for the target.

• Business Transformation, where we propose ourselves as an accelerator of corporate performance and as a partner for Strategic & Operational Turnaround initiatives through enabling levers such as new technologies and IT systems, with the aim of maximizing revenues, margins and cash flows.

Specifically, in the Pre Deal phase:

• evaluation of potential deals, both buy-side and sell-side (IT Due Diligence) through the analysis of the technological environment and the support given by IT to company performance and the business plan;

• identification of value areas driven by Technology within the M&A strategy.

In the Post Deal phase:

• design of architectures and IT initiatives necessary to ensure the success of corporate separation and integration programs;

• analysis and quantification of potential synergies and assistance to new Management in the elaboration of strategic-industrial plans.

• You will then have the opportunity to follow activities in the Business Transformation area concerning the efficiency of company performance with the aim of maximizing revenues, margins and cash flows. In particular:

  • Assessments to identify acceleration and optimization initiatives for company results guided or supported by the IT component;
  • Design of IT and strategic transformation initiatives to support growth, with relative quantification of benefits on P&L and Cash Flow.

What we offer

The salary for this position is between EUR 33,000 and EUR 35,000 gross per year for the Experienced Analyst grade. The classification will be defined during the selection phase based on the profile and in application of the CCNL Terziario Distribuzione e Servizi. The definition of the specific compensation, including any variable elements (such as MBO) or ancillary benefits, will depend on the evaluation of the profile against the requirements of the position.

Winning Requirements

1-2 years of experience in project activities such as:

• IT Due Diligence & IT Assessment: evaluation of the IT operating model, of the application and infrastructural landscape, of the level of technological maturity and of the contribution of IT to the business in the context of M&A operations and corporate transformation processes;

• ICT Strategy & Technology Transformation: definition of technological strategies and evolutionary roadmaps to support the corporate operating model, business objectives and industrial plans;

• IT Integration: design and management of IT integration activities in the context of extraordinary operations;

• Data Analysis in the use of data to support strategic IT and business decisions in corporate contexts such as Management Consulting and Technology companies;

• Availability to work on business trips at the client's premises (also abroad);

• Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English.
