JOB DESCRIPTION

In this opportunity as Gerente de Negócios PJ, you will act in the development and expansion of the associate portfolio, carrying out sustainable business, offering solutions aligned with individual needs, and strengthening relationships with associates and the community.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND ASSIGNMENTS

• Develop and maintain personalized relationships with associates and the community, ensuring a good experience;

• Expand the business and associate portfolio, offering financial consulting and negotiating products and services from the portfolio;

• Ensure the financial health of associates and the cooperative, managing default indicators, mitigating possible risks;

• Manage portfolio performance indicators according to the cooperative's strategy;

• Seek development and constant technical and behavioral updating, aligned with the Cooperative's culture.

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Complete or ongoing graduation (administration, financial management, economics, and related fields);

• C-Pro R certification;

• Own vehicle and category “B” license;

• Availability for travel and flexible hours;

• Experience in the financial market (minimum 6 months) in sales;

• Possess postgraduate degree or MBA in business and/or financial management.
