Responsibilities and assignments

Mission of the Position:

Ensure excellence in service and in the management of the Fleet Management client portfolio, leading the team of Fleet Controllers and Service Executives, ensuring the fulfillment of operational indicators, client satisfaction, employee development, and efficient integration with internal areas, contributing to the retention, loyalty, and sustainable growth of the business.

Responsibilities and Attributions:

Lead and develop the team of Fleet Controllers and Service Executives, ensuring high performance and customer focus.
Monitor operational indicators, productivity, and customer satisfaction, promoting actions for continuous improvement of results.
Ensure the quality and agility in meeting the demands of the client portfolio and the fulfillment of service levels.
Conduct periodic meetings and apply feedback to monitor team performance and development.
Work in partnership with internal and Commercial areas to ensure operational efficiency and the best customer experience.
Visit strategic clients to strengthen relationships and address critical demands.
Prepare and present managerial results for leadership monitoring.
Participate in recruitment, selection, and development processes for new employees.

Requirements and qualifications

Complete Higher Education in Administration, Logistics, Commercial Management, Production Engineering or related areas.
Solid experience in managing service teams, B2B customer relations, and fleet management.
Experience in monitoring and managing performance indicators, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
Desirable knowledge in Power BI.
Definitive Category B driver's license and availability for client visits.
Availability for in-person work in Mogi das Cruzes.
