Job Description

Your missions:

• Configuration and management of SAP, Databases, OS monitoring alerts

• Technical checks of SAP systems' proper functioning and performance

• Handling customer requests and incidents via ITIL processes

• Sharing technical administration activities with team members in AGILE mode

• Collaboration with your future colleagues to improve the internal tools of our service centers.
