Job Description

At Talan, we are scaling up. And to manage increasingly ambitious IT programs, we are looking for profiles capable of making multiple expertises work together: SAP, Oracle, Data, AI...

Your playing field: Multi-solution, multi-site, multicultural projects, where you need to connect strategy and execution.

Your missions:

• Define and pilot the IT strategy in close connection with business challenges

• Diagnose existing information systems and identify levers for optimization

• Structure target systems and transformation roadmaps, aligned with business priorities

• Design the implementation trajectory (planning, governance, prioritization)

• Define Target Operating Models adapted to organizational and performance challenges

• Build solid business cases (ROI, TCO)

• Accompany the transformation: reorganization, change management, implementation of new processes

• Implement an operational excellence approach

Qualifications

Graduate of a major school or university.

• 5 to 7 years of experience in a similar position, ideally in a consulting firm or in technology/innovation departments.

• Skills in management and business development for responding to calls for tenders.

• Very good knowledge of ERP (SAP, Oracle, etc.)

• Proficiency in spoken and written English (B2/C1 level)

• Navigating complex and international environments

• Creating links between varied expertise and hybrid teams

• Challenging, structuring, and engaging stakeholders

• Moving from strategic vision to concrete execution
