Job Description

Your future work environment

You will join our teams specialized in Life Insurance and Savings. Within projects carried out for major players in the sector, you will be involved around the KELIA solution in activities such as functional design, application evolution, maintenance, and business support.

Your role and missions

As a Business Analyst, you will act as an interface between users, business teams, and implementation teams.

As such, you will:

• Collect and analyze functional requirements;

• Facilitate workshops with business stakeholders;

• Write functional specifications and user stories;

• Support the configuration of the KELIA solution;

• Participate in testing and validation phases;

• Monitor incidents and evolution requests;

• Contribute to maintenance and continuous improvement activities;

• Support users in adopting the implemented solutions;

• Collaborate with development and production teams to ensure the quality of deliveries.

Qualifications

Your profile

Graduating with a Bac+5, you have at least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Consultant, or MOA.

You ideally have:

• Knowledge of the Life Insurance, Savings, or Retirement sector;

• Experience in build and/or run activities;

• Ability to understand and formalize business needs;

• Experience in facilitating workshops and managing acceptance testing;

• Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong analytical mind.

Knowledge of the KELIA solution is highly appreciated
