• Technical Quality: Adhere to and enforce team coding standards and AI governance, delivering consistent, high-quality code.

• Collaborative Problem Solving: Participate in technical whiteboarding sessions and code reviews to solve complex maintenance challenges.

• DevSecOps & CI/CD: Support quality automation (unit, integration, and security scans) and contribute to cloud deployment pipelines.

• Peer Support: Collaborate with cross-functional team members and offer guidance to junior developers in core .NET engineering and emerging AI tools.

Essential Skills & Experience

• Experience: 4–6 years of relevant technical experience in software engineering.

• Technical Execution: Proven track record of delivering complex feature sets and contributing effectively within agile engineering teams.

• AI/LLM Proficiency: Practical experience using Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, and agentic workflows.

• Core Tech Stack: Strong proficiency in C# and .NET.

• Cloud Infrastructure: Practical experience with Docker, Kubernetes (AKS), and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Bicep, or Helm).

• Testing Excellence: Solid experience with unit testing and mocking frameworks to ensure software quality.
