Tivoli Estela Golf & Lodges Porto, in Póvoa de Varzim, Portugal, is a unique retreat on the North Atlantic coast, where nature, golf and hospitality come together to create an exceptional guest experience.

Located alongside the renowned Estela Golf Course and with direct access to one of the finest beaches in Northern Portugal, the hotel offers 80 lodges, a restaurant, two outdoor swimming pools, a spa, gym, paddle courts and event facilities for up to 100 people. Surrounded by nature and inspired by the Tivoli spirit of hospitality, this is the perfect hotel for you to complete your internship.

What will you do?

As an Intern (M/F) in Rooms Department you must assume a professional attitude with a focus on continuous learning. Always demonstrate availability to accompany and help teams in the suggested tasks always complying with the standards and service procedures, in order to guarantee the provision of a service of quality and excellence, exceeding customer expectations.

During the Internship you will have the opportunity to integrate the rooms division and do a cross training passing by different areas such as concierge, guest relations, guest service, Housekeeping and Front-Office in order to acquire professional experience and continuous improvement side by side with our most experienced professionals. You will be challenged to put into practice your knowledge and learn the day-to-day service, ensuring the reception, support the customer from the booking stage to check-out, provide information and promote the services of the Hotel and the region, provinding a service of quality and excellence, contributing actively and decisively to exceed customer expectations.

• English fluent and Spanish/Portuguese (basic knowledge)

• Currently studying Hotel Management or related field

• EU passport and/or Swiss B Permit holder

• Working requirements: EU citizen or Permit VISA.
