Product Manager, Vice President - Amenity Services

Ready to reimagine the workplace experience and turn everyday moments into something exceptional? Here's your chance to build products that people interact with every day and to grow your career at the intersection of hospitality, design, and technology. Bring your curiosity, your creativity, and your passion for putting people first—and help us define what a world-class workplace feels like.

As a Product Manager within Amenity Services, you are in integral part of the team that innovates new offerings and leads end-to-end delivery. As a core leader, you act as the voice of our end-users, defining, shaping, and executing on the services that bring our workplaces to life, from dining and pantries to conference centers and guest registration. Drawing inspiration from the hospitality, food & beverage, and software industries, you will blend physical experiences with digital solutions to create consistent, frictionless, and high-satisfaction experiences for employees and guests. You will partner closely with our technology, operations, and design teams to transform services into scalable, data-informed products that deliver measurable business and user value. In this role, your initial focus will include developing a data strategy for Amenity Services, cataloguing data sources across internal and vendor systems and establishing a plan to ingest, transform, and visualize that data to inform ongoing product and operational decisions.
