Thank you to everyone who joined us at UCA for our session “Leading Global Transformation.” We appreciated the thoughtful questions and the energy you brought to the conversation about how global organizations evolve, simplify, and improve the way they serve clients.
If the session sparked your interest in being part of meaningful change, we invite you to apply to JPMorganChase’s Drive the Future (DTF) Program in Argentina.
About the Program
Drive the Future is designed to give university students their first professional experience while they continue their studies.
Through a structured training and development journey, participants receive learning content to help them:

-
Deepen their understanding of the JPMorganChase culture, values, and organizational structure
-
Develop a strong professional network by collaborating with experienced professionals across the firm
During your time in the program, you will work alongside expert teams to support initiatives that help our businesses move forward—improving processes, strengthening decision-making with data, and contributing to transformation efforts in a dynamic environment.
