Warehouse Shift Leader in Varėna

We’re looking for a Warehouse Shift Leader to join our dynamic team at the Varėna Plant. In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our warehouse operations—leading a team, optimizing processes, and ensuring smooth, safe, and efficient logistics.

YOUR NEW KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Lead and coordinate a team of 2–4 warehouse employees during your shift.
Ensure timely and accurate loading/unloading, storage, and distribution of goods.
Maintain high standards of safety, hygiene, and operational discipline.
Collaborate with third-party logistics providers to ensure optimal stock levels and service quality.
Monitor and improve warehouse performance, layout, and FIFO compliance.
Manage shift schedules, timekeeping, and staff development.
Work with SAP and Microsoft Office tools to manage stock and reporting.
Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of innovation.

ARE THESE YOUR SECRET INGREDIENTS?

Higher education (preferably in Supply Chain or Logistics).
At least 3 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Fluent in English and the local language.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and SAP.
Valid driving license.
