ABOUT YOUR NEW JOB:
As part of the role, you will provide senior management with reliable and timely business and HR-related financial information to support effective decision-making. You will be responsible for calculating and analyzing People cost and FTE across the organization, while serving as key point of contact for Rewards financial requirements. In this role, you will act as a liaison between Head Office and Country Rewards Teams, ensuring effective communication and close collaboration with key stakeholders. You will also drive process optimization initiatives, lead projects, and deliver training within your area of expertise.
ARE THESE YOUR SECRET INGREDIENTS?
University graduate in Finance / Business Administration / HR or equivalent as a minimum
3-5 years relevant work experience, preferably in Multinational Organization
Proven ability to analyze complex information
Strong verbal and written English skills
Strong financial/accounting understanding and numbers crunching
Ability to perform both analytic and pragmatic problem solving
Operational experience of analyzing actual performance and BP/RE process
Very strong technical skills (Excel, PowerPoint, SAP/BW knowledge
Ability to build relationships that enable results
Cross-functional team player
Willingness to learn and try new ideas
YOUR NEW KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Planning and analysis of People cost, including variance analysis vs. Rolling Estimate (RE), Business Plan (BP) and Prior Year Actuals) Timely and reliable support to Senior Management, compiling and providing all regular and ad-hoc reports, main HR KBIs & people’s cost performance, identifying key trends and business insights and proposing actions to capture opportunities and mitigating risks
Run forecasting and scenario analysis using multiple variables and assumptions to provide insights for key business decisions
Develop, maintain, and use strategic and operational measures and software programs/systems (BW, SAP in order to perform business analysis. Identify and analyze variances vs BP/PY/RE for people cost on monthly base or by request.
Prepare analysis and reports for different stakeholders
Delivers monthly HR reporting packs to Group & BSO Finance & HR teams, ensuring the complete, accurate and comparable presentation of the performance

Working model – Hybrid (2 days per week from the office for Sofia-based candidates, and fully remote for outside of Sofia candidates)
