Strategic Procurement Buyer - Maintenance, Repair and Operations

WHAT WILL BE YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES?

• Lead strategic procurement processes related to MRO categories

• Identify, evaluate, and negotiate contracts with suppliers

• Develop and implement procurement strategies across MRO and PEQ categories

• Actively participate in international (group-level) projects and ensure local implementation

• Conduct negotiations with suppliers for both low-value and high-value purchases

• Lead strategic procurement processes related to MRO categories, including tenders

• Provide regular reporting to management and ensure transparency

• Develop cost-reduction and efficiency-improvement procurement strategies

• Continuously monitor market trends, price developments, and technological innovations

• Track procurement KPIs and prepare reports

• Work closely with Production, Maintenance, and Laboratory teams

• Evaluate supplier performance and develop improvement recommendations

• Manage procurement catalogues

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU IF YOU:

• Hold a university degree, preferably in Engineering, Business, or Economics

• Have at least 3-5 years of relevant professional experience

• Possess solid knowledge of MRO procurement categories

• Communicate confidently in English and are comfortable working in international projects

• Have strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills

IT IS AN ADVANTAGE IF YOU:

• Have experience in a multinational manufacturing environment

• Have participated in various procurement projects previously
