Vice President, Global Technology Strategy

A role on the Global Technology Strategy team offers the opportunity to work directly on the firm’s most pressing technology priorities, offering exposure to high-impact decisions, a broad view across JPMorganChase, and the chance to help shape the future direction of the firm’s technology agenda.

As a Vice President on the Global Technology Strategy team, you will partner directly with some of the firm’s most senior technology leaders to shape the firmwide view on technology strategy for key initiatives at the forefront of the industry, applying the strategy consulting toolkit (e.g., problem framing, critical thinking, analysis/synthesis, executive narrative, stakeholder management) to solve complex, cross-cutting technology problems. You will lead project teams end-to-end and develop/mentor junior talent as part of delivering high-impact outcomes for GT leadership.

You will bring meaningful technical depth and a strong command of how the AI landscape is evolving – particularly for financial institutions – paired with the leadership and communication skills to drive clarity on high-stakes decisions. This is not solely a people-management role: you will be hands-on in shaping the answer, engaging directly with stakeholders on the substance of the work, driving alignment to a defensible direction, and mobilizing stakeholders toward execution across priorities.

The Global Technology (GT) organization is a world-class technology team employing an innovative, disciplined and business-focused approach to develop a wide variety of high-quality products and solutions. Across 14 technology hubs worldwide, our team of 65,000+ technologists design, build and deploy everything from enterprise technology initiatives to big data and mobile solutions, as well as innovations in Agentic/Generative AI, electronic payments, cybersecurity, machine learning, and cloud development. Our $20B+ annual investment in technology enables us to hire people to create innovative solutions that will not only transform the financial services industry, but also change the world.
