• Serve as a voice of the client and the advisor within the Digital Team, bringing practical insight from the field into product decisions.

• Conduct user interviews, feedback sessions, journey mapping, and workflow reviews with advisors, bankers, managers, and support teams.

• Build strong relationships with Private Bank stakeholders to understand business priorities and ensure digital solutions align with advisor needs.

• Support training, communications, and adoption efforts for new or enhanced lead, prospect, and AI-enabled tools.

Data, Measurement & Optimization

• Define KPIs for distribution in-kind initiatives, including efficiencies, revenue, and assets retained.

• Partner with analytics and reporting teams to monitor product performance and identify opportunities for improvement.

• Use data and user feedback to recommend enhancements, prioritize features, and improve business outcomes.

• Help create consistent measurement frameworks for prospect pipeline management across teams and regions.
