• Design and support test-and-learn / challenger strategies to measure incremental impact, document assumptions, and recommend scale/rollback decisions.

• Support credit policy execution and governance by maintaining underwriting guidelines, decisioning logic documentation, and risk control frameworks aligned to business priorities.

• Partner cross-functionally (Risk, Underwriting, Finance, Product, Ops, Tech) to implement strategy changes in decisioning workflows/systems and track outcomes to targeted portfolio metrics.

• Monitor portfolio and dealer/channel trends for emerging risks (mix shifts, dealer behavior, macro impacts) and recommend mitigation actions consistent with risk appetite.

• Communicate insights and proposals to US stakeholders with clear, structured narratives and defensible analytical support.

• Contribute to special projects related to portfolio optimization, decisioning process improvement, and strategic initiatives.
