Job Description Primary Responsibilities:
Prepare and review financial reports and supporting documentation for the Accounting, Financial Closing and Treasury departments.
Manage accounts payable functions, including invoice processing, payment tracking, and reconciling balances with suppliers.
Collaborate with the Treasury team in the collection and organization of financial reports and analyses.
Support the development and digitization of financial procedure manuals and corresponding documentation.
Execute transactions and reconciliations in SAP accounting software, using the relevant financial modules.
Review and validate transaction data to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial processes and improve operational efficiency.
Requirements Mandatory requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Accounting or an equivalent field.
Proficiency in English at level B2 or higher (written and oral communication).
Practical knowledge of SAP accounting software, especially in financial modules (FI/CO).
Great attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
Ability to work collaboratively with other departments.
Desirable requirements:
Previous experience in accounts payable, financial closing, or treasury functions.
Familiarity with financial process automation and digitization initiatives.
Knowledge about artificial intelligence applications in the financial field.
Experience in financial reporting and reconciliation processes.
Demonstrated ability to optimize financial workflows and improve operational efficiency.

We are looking for a detail-oriented Finance Intern with a strong educational background in finance or accounting, proficiency in SAP accounting software, and excellent English communication skills to support financial operations and reporting.
