About the Team:

The Applications Development Senior Group Manager is a transformative technology leader at the intersection of engineering excellence and strategic organizational impact. This is not simply a management role — it is an opportunity to shape the technical direction of a high-performing, multi-team engineering function within one of the world's most consequential financial institutions. Citi seeks a seasoned professional who brings equal command of enterprise-scale systems architecture and the organizational acumen to build, inspire, and evolve talented engineering teams. They will drive design and architectural decisions that underpin Citi's global technology platforms, champion rigorous governance and risk management practices, and ensure that every deliverable reflects the firm's commitment to quality, compliance, and innovation. Their influence will be felt not only in the systems they build, but in the careers they develop and the culture of excellence they cultivate across their organization.
