Sales & Marketing Specialist (Musketeer) - with Distribution Partner - Philippines, Cebu

Representing Red Bull, you will be responsible for gaining new customers, securing the availability and visibility of Red Bull in your assigned area. You will also be responsible for growing the volume, detecting business opportunities and trends in your area and build up strong network with decision makers. Musketeers have always been the main volume contributors, trial generators and sparks for creating kindred spirits in the On Premise environment, such as bars, restaurants, events, clubs and hospitality. As the face of the brand and the indispensable consultant to your On Premise territory, you would be responsible for driving both the current and future distribution and sales of our product portfolio in key accounts. You will plan, develop and execute measures to intensify consumption in existing On Premise locations and identify opportunities to win and activate Key Accounts in new On Premise playgrounds.

Red Bull Ambassador

You will establish and nurture relationships with key influencers, industry players and business partners across Cebu (including, but not limited to, outlet owners/managers, buyers, F&B managers, bar staff, distribution partners, etc.) You will be seen as the credible, reliable and knowledgeable face of the Red Bull in the On Premise.

City Entrepreneur

You will know your territory like the back of your hand. You will also follow the companies ‘strategy and create innovative measures in order to achieve your goals. Overarchingly, you will master the On Premise universe by staying on the cutting edge of industry knowledge, trends and new opportunities (accounts, occasions, consumers).

Indispendable Business Consultant

You will build and maintain long-lasting collaborations with key stakeholders. You will also negotiate win/win partnership agreements which add value to both the Red Bull business and customer's business. You will leverage your impressive communication, sales and marketing ability to keep Red Bull number one in the On Premise.

• Sales and Marketing experience preferred

• Previous experience working in the hospitality, night-life and/or FMCG industry preferred

• Ability to think and act like an entrepreneur

• Street smart. Know what’s going on in the streets in Cebu – understand all groups of people, what every type of person has to deal with daily and know how to act around them. Self-aware and able to adapt communication, presentation

• Basic working knowledge of IOS and MS Office

University Degree Preferred
