Loris, Stock and Flow Coordinator at HEINEKEN, is recruiting an Inventory Deployment Planner intern (stock deployment and optimization pilot) for his distribution team to work on operational and project management.

Your main missions:

1. Operational: As part of your contribution to HEINEKEN's success, you are responsible for deploying our national stocks to meet customer demand:

   • Optimize daily stock projection across our different sites
   • Participate in managing shortages and batches (FIFO / DLUO)
   • Manage deployment to our warehouses and identify potential savings
   • Ensure product availability for our many customers

2. Project: Your role in the Distribution team will be to support and participate in the digitalization of the service:

   • Automate, standardize and improve stock management and performance measurement tools
   • Participate in various instances by relaying the distribution strategy
   • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the distribution strategy in a dynamic and international context

YOUR ASSETS

With a higher education in logistics/Supply Chain (Bac +5 level), you are looking for a 6-month internship from February/March 2027 in the field of logistics related to mass retail.

You have excellent interpersonal skills, are dynamic, responsive and rigorous.

You are recognized for your sense of priorities and your ability to make proposals.

You are comfortable with IT tools, you have a good command of Excel and you know an ERP like SAP, or Power BI.

You are also comfortable in English.

The plus: a first internship experience in Supply Chain.
