The TS&O HUB Technology Specialist – Cloud & Hosting is a key member of the HUB Cloud & Hosting Product Team responsible for ensuring secure, reliable, scalable, and cost-effective infrastructure services across HEINEKEN Operating Companies (OpCos).
The role acts as a technical expert and service owner representative across cloud, hosting, virtualization, backup, monitoring, infrastructure lifecycle management, and operational governance domains. The specialist collaborates with global and local stakeholders, external service providers, and technology partners to ensure alignment of infrastructure services with business priorities, enterprise architecture standards, security requirements, and operational excellence objectives.
The position supports strategic initiatives, drives continuous improvement, evaluates emerging technologies, and ensures the successful delivery and operation of hosting solutions across traditional datacenter, edge, and cloud environments.
Your responsibilities would include:
Manage and continuously improve Cloud & Hosting services delivered globally to OpCos.
Ensure platform reliability, availability, performance, security, and compliance.
Drive service standardization and adoption of global infrastructure standards.
Support service lifecycle management including planning, deployment, operation, optimization, and decommissioning.
Participate in product roadmap development and strategic planning activities.
Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for:
Evaluate new technologies and define recommendations for enterprise adoption.
Support technology standardization initiatives across all OpCos.
Ensure infrastructure solutions comply with architecture and cybersecurity standards.
Work closely with strategic vendors and managed service providers.
Review service quality, delivery performance, and operational KPIs.
Support contract governance activities and technical vendor escalations.
Provide technical guidance to suppliers and validate delivered solutions.
Ensure adherence to Cloud & Hosting policies, standards, procedures, and best practices.
Contribute to infrastructure governance forums, technical reviews, and design approvals.
Support risk assessments and remediation activities.
Maintain infrastructure documentation, standards, and operational procedures.
Analyze operational incidents, recurring problems, and capacity trends.
Drive root cause analysis and preventive improvement initiatives.
Support major incident resolution and service restoration activities.
Identify automation opportunities to improve operational efficiency.
Drive reduction of technical debt and platform complexity.
Support implementation and optimization of enterprise monitoring solutions.
Define monitoring standards, dashboards, alerting rules, and operational KPIs.
Collaborate with stakeholders to improve proactive service management capabilities.
Support observability initiatives leveraging tools such as New Relic and related monitoring platforms.
Support the definition and implementation of backup and recovery strategies.
Ensure compliance with RPO/RTO objectives and business continuity requirements.
Participate in disaster recovery planning, testing, and governance activities.
Drive continuous improvement of resilience capabilities across cloud and hosting environments.
Collaborate with global product teams, architects, security teams, OpCos, and suppliers.
Translate business requirements into infrastructure solutions.
Support OpCos with infrastructure strategy, planning, and technology decision-making.
Facilitate knowledge sharing and foster collaboration across regional and global teams.
You are a good candidate if you:
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline.
7-10 years of experience in Cloud & Hosting or Infrastructure Services.
Experience managing enterprise-scale infrastructure environments.
Experience working within multinational and multi-cultural organizations.
Experience working with managed service providers and external vendors.
Strong understanding of enterprise IT operations and service management practices.
Experience providing technical leadership and mentoring, driving collaboration across global teams.
Strong experience in several of the following areas:
Nice to Have:
Microsoft Azure certifications
VMware certifications (VCP, VCAP)
ITIL Foundation or higher
Agile certifications
Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2).
