The Internship

"Do you want to learn how to convert commercial opportunities into results? During this internship, you will actively participate in sales strategies, acquisition, and optimizing our CRM system. You will assist in generating leads, following up on prospects, and analyzing customer data to improve our sales processes. • Support in setting up and executing sales and acquisition activities.

• Actively participate in the management and optimization of the CRM system (data entry, segmentation, reports).

We are the Hospitality Sales team of Zuid-Holland! The team consists of driven sales professionals who collaborate with marketing and customer service to achieve commercial goals. The Unique You!

• You are pursuing a HBO or WO degree in Commercial, Marketing, Business, or similar.

• You have a passion for the commercial profession, are curious about sales processes, and have an interest in CRM and data analysis.

• You are strong communicatively, proactive, and enjoy brainstorming about new opportunities.

• Experience with Excel and Power BI is a plus, as is affinity with digital tools and systems.

• You can work well independently, but are also a team player who enjoys collaborating.

Requirements from HEINEKEN

1. You are enrolled at an educational institution for the entire internship period and can provide proof of enrollment for the current academic year during your onboarding. a. If you have a non-EU nationality, you must be enrolled as an intern at a Dutch educational institution. b. If you have an EU nationality, you may also be enrolled as an intern at educational institutions outside the EU.

2. You reside in the Netherlands for the entire internship period. Please note that HEINEKEN does not provide housing.

3. You are in possession of a valid Burgerservicenummer (BSN).

Our Internship Conditions

During your internship at HEINEKEN, you will work in an inspiring and dynamic environment, where learning and growth are central. Together, we build your future step by step. In addition, we offer you:

• A full-time work/graduation internship, starting on February 1, 2027

• The duration of the internship is 5 or 6 months (this will be discussed with your new internship supervisor)

• Your home office will be in Rotterdam

• At HEINEKEN, we work according to a hybrid model, where we work an average of three days a week in the office and two days from home

• You will receive an internship allowance of €650 gross per month based on 40 hours per week

• You will enjoy 2 vacation days per month (based on a full-time internship week)

• If you do not have a public transport student product, your commuting costs will be fully reimbursed
