What are we looking for?

At Babel, we are incorporating a Project Intervention and Recovery Manager into our Corporate Project Office.

This is a high-impact position, aimed at guaranteeing the success and profitability of complex technological projects, with a special focus on those that are going through critical situations or present significant deviations.

Responsabilidades principales

Diagnose the economic, operational and risk situation of the intervened projects, and lead their recovery process. Define and execute concrete action plans, coordinate all involved interlocutors and ensure decision-making in a timely manner through management committees and Steering Committees.

The position has an international scope, with intervention in projects developed in Spain, Portugal, Morocco and Latin America.

✅ Perfil que buscamos

• More than 7 years of experience in IT project management, PMO or technological transformation.

• Proven experience in complex projects with a need for recovery or deviation management.

• Solid economic analysis capacity: costs, margin, billing, profitability and forecasts.

• Experience in the preparation and dynamization of committees with interlocutors of different levels of responsibility.

• Mastery of traditional and agile project management methodologies

• English is valuable; experience in international or multicultural environments, a plus.

Competencias clave

We are looking for a profile with high analytical capacity, transversal leadership and the ability to manage pressure situations with rigor and diplomacy. Someone accustomed to operating autonomously, communicating effectively at all levels of the organization and translating complex situations into concrete decisions.

Contexto internacional

Given the global nature of the role, the position requires flexible hours for coordination with teams in Latin America, which may imply occasional availability until 8:00 p.m.
