Own security, compliance and risk assessments, as well as cloud policy and cloud adoption evaluation.
Collaborate with architects, product owners, scrum masters, and business stakeholders to transform requirements into effective technical solutions.
Promote engineering standards, governance practices, and a culture of quality and accountability across the organization.
Coordinate distributed and multidisciplinary teams across multiple countries, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing.
Contribute to technology roadmaps, modernization programs, and strategic transformation initiatives including AI-enabled engineering adoption.
Mentor engineers and help develop the next generation of technical leaders within the team.
