Operations Management:

Oversee and Manage Flexera day to day operations management using Flexera in depth knowledge of FNMS components and functions.

To take responsibility for administrating and managing Flexnet Manager Suite (Flexera) while analyzing software asset/license data, ensuring any variances flagged up on Exception reports.

Administrator experience on Flexera FNMS for software asset management and in-depth knowledge on software license management and optimization.

Responsible for deploying, configuring and upkeep of Flexera FNMS suite of products in enterprise environment including regular maintenance, patches and upgrade activities.

Good knowledge on FNMS components and functions.

Manage end-to-end software licensing processes for IBM, Oracle, and Microsoft.

Should have knowledge and hands on experience on Windows/Unix/Linux environment. Integration with SCCM, discovery tools.

Daily operational SAM activities including tracking of s/w license procured Vs deployment summary reports, license compliance monitoring.

Monitor software usage to identify risks of non-compliance and under-utilization.

Oversee operations of the processes related to Software asset life cycle management includes data analysis, exception identification, tracking and reporting compliances.

Refine, maintain and adhere to policies, processes and best practices to enable appropriate management of IT Assets with respect to risk, cost and compliance.

Lead Governance meet and contribute and participates in transformations projects.

Demonstrate well organized execution, and timely delivery.

Be able to interact confidently with internal stakeholders and Business Unit leaders.
