Principal Expert - Data Quality

Delivery and operations:

• Responsible for overseeing data governance activities, ensuring metric production, managing governance forums.

• Work with transversal departments to understand their data needs and ensure data solutions meet their requirements

• Monitor and improve NPS from Stakeholders and partners.

Data Governance team

• Responsible for managing a team producing data management metrics and reporting.

• Ensure production of high‑quality Group Data Management metrics, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery to stakeholders.

• Coordinate with the data management team to gather inputs, validate data, and maintain a robust production process for metric reporting.

• Prepare, review, and publish Group Data Authority (GDA) forum material including decks, summaries, and supporting documentation with high quality and on schedule.

• Ensure timely and accurate drafting and circulation of GDA meeting minutes, capturing key decisions, risks, and follow‑ups.

• Track all forum actions, maintain an updated action log, and proactively follow up with action owners to drive closure.

• Partner with cross‑functional teams to resolve data issues, clarify dependencies, and support continuous improvement of reporting processes.

• Uphold governance standards by ensuring documentation, metrics, and action tracking align with Group Data policies and expectations.
