Role Overview

As a Senior IT Project Manager, you will lead end-to-end delivery of complex IT initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives, governance standards, and operational excellence. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage risks and budgets, and drive continuous improvement across project delivery processes.

Key Responsibilities

Project Leadership & Delivery

• Lead IT projects from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with business goals and strategic priorities

• Define project scope, objectives, roadmap, and delivery strategy in collaboration with stakeholders

• Ensure timely, cost-efficient, and high-quality delivery of projects

Project Planning & Execution

• Develop detailed project plans including work breakdown structures, timelines, resource allocation, and cost estimates

• Coordinate technical teams, vendors, and business stakeholders across multiple locations (e.g., RO, IN, Paris)

• Manage backlog prioritization, requirements clarification, and delivery alignment

Stakeholder & Communication Management

• Engage with senior stakeholders and executives, ensuring clear communication and expectation management

• Provide regular status updates, reports, and project analyses to support decision-making

• Organize and lead governance forums (Steering Committees, Operational Committees, Scrum ceremonies)

Risk, Budget & Governance Management

• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and dependencies

• Manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial tracking

• Ensure compliance with IT governance, security, and regulatory standards

Cross-Functional Coordination

• Facilitate collaboration between technical teams, business units, and external partners

• Align diverse stakeholders towards shared project outcomes

• Ensure consistency of processes, tools, and deliverables across teams

Quality & Continuous Improvement

• Ensure quality of deliverables and adherence to standards and best practices

• Conduct post-implementation reviews and lessons learned sessions

• Identify and implement process improvements and efficiency enhancements

Documentation & Reporting

• Produce and maintain comprehensive project documentation (business requirements, process maps, governance materials, forecasts)

• Track and report project progress, milestones, and KPIs
