Clients benefit from tailor-made support and have the opportunity to invest directly in wealth management real estate, whether new or old rehabilitated, for rental investment, primary or secondary residence. They benefit from quality support from the formulation of the investment project to the delivery of the property, its rental, and its management.
We are recruiting a Wealth Management Real Estate Advisor (M/F) on a permanent contract. You will report directly to your Regional Director. You will have the opportunity to exercise your function autonomously with our clients, from network animation to the conclusion of the sales act, by carrying out the following missions:
You offer alternative solutions to traditional savings via real estate schemes such as LMNP, Malraux, MH, land deficit, and dismemberment in primary and secondary residences.
You animate the network of partner agencies within your scope.
You maintain and develop customer relations, with clients (B to C), agencies, and our partner developers (B to B) through your presence at various client events and the launch of new programs.
You take charge of the sale of real estate in strict compliance with the range of certified products by the SGIP referencing committee, internal procedures, and current regulations.
You conclude sales acts.
