C# Technical Leader
As a Technical Leader based in Warsaw, you will join a globally distributed team supporting business stakeholders across Paris, Hong Kong, and New York. You will contribute to the Agile development of business-critical applications supporting FX, Rates, and Credit trading activities, with a focus on volatility products and pricing. This role combines technical leadership with hands-on development. You will drive architecture and engineering decisions, work directly with traders to address business challenges, and help deliver scalable, high-quality solutions in a global environment.
Your future scope of responsibility will cover:

Technical Architecture & Design: You’ll own the architecture and technical design of new products and major initiatives

Hands-on Development: You’ll remain an active software engineer and contribute directly to the design and development of complex solutions

Technical Leadership: You’ll lead code reviews, promote engineering best practices, and support the technical growth of the team

Hiring & Mentoring: You’ll participate in technical recruitment of software engineers and you’ll mentor them through their onboarding.

Continuous Improvement: You’ll drive technology modernization initiatives and explore new technical approaches, including AI-assisted solutions

Business Partnership & Production Support: You’ll work closely with Traders to understand business requirements, deliver practical solutions and support the investigation and resolution of production issues

Global Teamwork: You’ll collaborate with teams distributed globally, across Warsaw, Paris, Hong Kong, and New York
