Senior Risk Manager
What you will do
As a Risk Manager at Klarna, you will be part of the second-line Risk Control team responsible for setting risk frameworks and overseeing risk management across our global operations. In this position, you will review and challenge securitization practices — both synthetic and traditional — ensuring they meet internal policy standards, regulatory expectations, and best-in-class risk management approaches. You will also review and validate Klarna's capital and liquidity assessment processes, recovery planning approaches, and business forecasting models to ensure alignment with our risk appetite and strategic goals.
Through the development of risk opinions, assurance reviews, and regular engagement with senior executives, you will play a meaningful part in shaping sound risk decision-making across the organization.
