Descripción de la oferta

At Planeta DeAgostini we are looking for a student to undertake an internship in CRM to join our Customer Value Maximization team at an exciting moment: we are moving many of our manual CRM operations towards automation, experimentation and AI.

In this role you will take ownership of core marketing operations and, at the same time, contribute to the projects that are changing how we run CRM: dynamic segments, automated audience delivery, automated reporting and AI use cases.

This is not a shadowing internship. Your work will have a direct impact on the team, freeing capacity for testing and automation, and you will see from the inside how a CRM program runs across multiple markets.

What will your day-to-day role involve?

• Prepare and check audiences for product launch emails, ad hoc offers and ongoing CRM programs.

• Run campaign tests before every send, checking rendering, links and promo codes so each communication goes out right.

• Refresh recurring reports and carry out regular dashboard checks.

• Coordinate with marketing, customer service, data and technology teams to keep campaigns accurate and on schedule.

• Support the rollout of automated segment generation.

• Help automate manual reporting activities.

• Support campaign testing and go live across our main communication flows.

• Follow up on AI use cases and segmentation tests for product launches.

• Track the progress of projects that use AI and automation to remove repetitive CRM tasks.

Requisitos

• Master's student or recent graduate in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics or a related field.

• English at B2 or C1 level. Additional European languages are a plus.

The following will be considered

• Confident with Excel and comfortable working with data.

• Basic SQL and some HTML knowledge.

• Methodical and detail oriented: you enjoy getting things exactly right and following processes accurately.

• Genuinely curious about CRM, marketing automation and AI tools.

• Clear communication skills and a collaborative attitude.

• Experience with BigQuery or CRM and email marketing tools is a strong plus.

What we offer...

• A six month internship with real ownership of CRM operations in an international company.

• Practical experience with a Customer Data Platform, Oracle Responsys and BigQuery.

• The chance to work on AI and automation projects that are shaping the future of our team.

• A clear view of how CRM campaigns are planned, tested, launched and analyzed across more than 20 markets.

• A supportive team where curiosity, ownership and continuous improvement are valued.

• Iconic collectible products and passionate customer communities to work for.

If you think your profile might be a good fit for the role, please don’t hesitate to apply!
