Senior, Expert
As Business Unit Manager, you shape a brand-new chapter of our Identity and Access Management practice in Poland. You build up and lead our new team in Katowice from scratch, while acting as the key link to our team in Düsseldorf, supporting both existing and new projects. It is a role that combines leadership and delivery and calls for someone who wants to build something new with curiosity, passion and an agile, collaborative mindset.
How You'll Contribute
Build up and head a new Business Unit in Poland, growing the team to up to 10 IAM consultants and engineers over the coming 12-month period
Take on the professional and disciplinary leadership of the team: actively participate in recruitment and sourcing, onboarding, mentoring and development careers
Build up IAM competencies in the team in a targeted way, both by developing existing team members and by specifically recruiting the skills that are still missing
Take responsibility for budget, timeline, and successful delivery: staffing plans, utilization, forecasts and monthly reporting
Plan and steer assignments across multiple parallel client engagements, balancing delivery commitments against team capacity, flagging risks early
Supervise project delivery and report on KPIs against the business plan, working in an agile mode together with an international team
Support proposal and bid work with realistic effort estimates and staffing concepts
Stay hands-on in client engagements rather than managing from a distance: support and steer projects across the full IAM lifecycle, from solution assessments and technology scouting to integration, implementation, data migration and operations
Support the operational run of IAM platforms for our clients, helping the team troubleshoot, maintain and continuously improve solutions already in production
Work closely with the Düsseldorf project leads and architects: clear handoffs, shared tooling (Jira, Confluence), and transparent status reporting
