Working at Nespresso

Nespresso stands for quality, innovation and sustainability. As part of Nestlé, the world’s largest food and beverage company, we offer a workplace where you can grow, contribute and be yourself every day. We are proud to create products and experiences that make a positive difference for both people and the planet.

In this role, you will play an important part in developing and improving our digital customer experiences. You will act as the link between eCommerce, Marketing and our B2C teams, helping to strengthen the customer experience and optimise the user journey. This involves close collaboration with our eCommerce Operations team, marketing functions, and our Retail and Trade channels.

You will work with the optimisation of customer journeys across everything from ongoing content to global and local campaigns. We operate in a fast-paced and continuously evolving environment where ownership, initiative and the opportunity to make an impact are highly valued.

The role is based in Stockholm, and you will report to the Digital Commerce Activation & Optimisation Manager.

About the Role

As Digital Commerce Activation Specialist, you will be responsible for coordinating campaign and activations for Nespresso across the Nordic region. You will be the eCommerce team’s main point of contact for global and local activities, working closely with Marketing, Supply Chain, Retail and other functions to ensure a first-class customer experience.

However, the role is about more than campaign execution.

We are looking for someone who wants to understand customer behaviour, identify areas for improvement and use data to optimise the customer journey. You are motivated by discovering new opportunities, turning insights into concrete improvements and contributing to even better user experiences across our digital platforms.

Your Main Responsibilities

• Coordinate activations on web and app.

• Collaborate with our operations team to brief activations, optimise customer journeys, eMerchandising and improvements across our eCommerce platforms.

• Collaborate with Marketing and Supply Chain teams on activations.

• Conduct follow-ups and analyse selected campaigns together with relevant stakeholders.

• Identify and follow up on potential issues across our digital platforms using Google Analytics, Power BI and other tools.

• Map customer journeys, identify areas for improvement and recommend enhancements solutions based on results and A/B tests.

• Support the Digital Commerce Activation & Optimisation Manager in initiatives that develop the customer experience across other channels such as Retail, Trade and Media.

Who Are We Looking For?

We believe you have experience in eCommerce, digital customer experience or content management, and that you have previously worked with optimising digital customer journeys. You have a strong interest in the connection between user experience and business performance, and you are motivated by creating improvements based on insights and data.

You are analytical, proactive and comfortable working independently. You collaborate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders, communicate clearly and are confident managing several projects and campaigns simultaneously. You thrive in a fast-paced environment where ownership, collaboration and initiative are highly valued.

To succeed in this role, we would like you to have a few years of experience within eCommerce, digital customer experience, content management or a related area. You have experience with A/B testing and a good understanding of optimisation processes.

You are comfortable working in a data-driven way and using insights to improve both the customer experience and business performance. Experience with Figma, Jira and Google Analytics is important, while previous eCommerce experience with Commercetools platform is considered an advantage.

A relevant educational background is beneficial. However, we primarily value your professional experience and your ability to apply your knowledge in practice.

Fluency in English is required, together with proficiency in at least one other Nordic language.

Why Nespresso?

You will become part of a Nordic eCommerce team where collaboration, development and ownership are at the centre of everything we do. You will have the opportunity to influence how thousands of customers interact with our brand every day and help shape the future of our digital customer experiences.

We operate in a fast-paced and continuously evolving environment where we believe in giving our employees significant responsibility, the freedom to make an impact and opportunities to grow.

We are looking for someone who is curious, collaborative and committed, and who enjoys combining analysis, teamwork and execution to create the best possible customer experience.
