RESPONSIBILITIES AND ASSIGNMENTS

• Execute and monitor administrative routines of the area.

• Prepare and control reports, indicators and management presentations.

• Perform data analysis and monitor action plans.

• Support the control of contracts, documents and internal processes.

• Act as an interface with partner areas, ensuring compliance with deadlines and demands.

• Identify opportunities for improvement and optimization of processes.

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Completed higher education in Administration, Business Management or related areas.

• Previous experience in administrative routines and indicator analysis.

• Intermediate/advanced knowledge of Excel.

• Experience with preparing reports and management controls.

• Analytical, organized profile with good relationship skills.
