Within the Legal, Criminal Law & Corporate Affairs Area, we are looking for a Corporate Affairs Specialist for our Rome office.

The person will be responsible for the following activities:

• Support in the corporate management of Italian and foreign companies of the Leonardo Group;

• Preparation and/or management of informative notices regarding meetings;

• Management activities for necessary fulfillments (i.e., preparation of proxies for participation in Assemblies, examination/amendment of relevant statutes and/or regulations, preparation of nomination letters for LDO representatives in relevant bodies);

• Necessary regulatory insights due to different applicable local laws;

• Support for cross-functional projects with legal impact, also in M&A, joint ventures, and corporate restructurings;

• With reference to foreign branches and representative offices, support in registration, deregistration, conferment and updating of licenses and powers of attorney to Managers, as well as maintaining the relevant documentation.

Educational Qualification

Law degree. (Qualification for legal profession)

Senior: at least 5 years of experience

• At least 5 years of experience in corporate law

How does the selection process work?

Following the collection of applications, CVs most in line with the required qualifications are evaluated and identified. The selected candidates undergo a cognitive interview with the Human Resources team, motivational and aptitude, followed by an in-depth technical interview with the Business. At the end of the process, feedback is provided to the person, both in case of a positive and negative outcome.
