Within the Electronics Division, as part of the Manufacturing & Supply Chain Governance – Site & Facilities Management, we are looking for the Budget Planning, Cost Accounting, Performance & Reporting Manager for our Nerviano (MI) office.
The person will be responsible for the following activities:
Manage the process of preparing and monitoring the Budget Plan for OPEX and CAPEX related to the infrastructure of the Italian Sites of the Electronics Division.
For Leonardo-owned sites, manage the process of preparing and monitoring investments related to the revamping of buildings or the construction of new buildings, in compliance with the Budget Plan approved by Leonardo.
Define and monitor KPIs related to Site & Facilities Management; following the Continuous Improvement approach, monitor improvement initiatives, both at site and national level, aimed at ensuring performance and oversight in line with the Division's expectations.
Ensure the reporting process that provides an exhaustive view of the performance, both at site and divisional level, of the processes under the responsibility of the Organizational Unit; work in synergy with the other Manufacturing & Supply Chain Governance Functions, according to a holistic perspective of industrial processes.
Develop proposals for the digitalization of processes for which they have ownership and coordinate with the divisional Functions to launch initiatives that aim to streamline, automate, and strengthen execution in the Site & Facilities Management area.
In compliance with Leonardo's directives, promote the use of AI to support Site & Facilities Management processes.
Ensure compliance with the procedures of the Electronics Division and develop those within the competence of the Organizational Unit.
Education:
Master's Degree in Management Engineering or Economics and Management
Required experience level:
Expert: 3 – 5 years of experience
