Job Description:

Within the Electronics Business Area, we are looking for a Machine tool operator with specialization in turning, for the Campi Bisenzio office.

The selected individuals will be included in the opto-mechanical Center of Excellence with the aim of guaranteeing production capacity and supporting the development of new products, currently in the prototyping phase.

The individuals will be responsible for the following activities:

• Reading and execution of specific working cycles and instructions;

• Operation of machine tools for milling and turning of mechanical parts;

• Autonomous maintenance of the machine tools used;

• Visual inspection of the quality of the work performed;

• Use of company tools for confirming operations and entering Non-Conformities.

Education:

• Diploma from a Technical Mechanical – Mechatronic institute or equivalent

Required experience level: Junior/Expert

Technical knowledge and skills:

• Knowledge of mechanical technology and chip removal machine tools;

• Set-up and operation of numerical control machining centers;

• Knowledge and use of the main manual mechanical measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, dial indicators);

• Basic knowledge of production flows and related management of non-conformities;

• Reading and interpretation of mechanical construction drawings.

How does the selection process work?
