As an intern within the Supply Chain department and the Demand Planning & Fulfillment department, you will report to the Chocolate category ATP manager, and you will contribute to improving our service rate by ensuring the availability of products in the order portfolio. At the heart of product availability challenges, you will be in contact with all Supply Chain departments and Sales. The richness of current events contributes to the dynamism of this internship.

YOUR MISSIONS AT MONDELEZ

• Contribute to the optimization of the Service Rate via the implementation of action plans in situations of supply difficulty.

• Ensure the dissemination of information concerning supply difficulties for standard and promotional references in your Category.

• Challenge internal organization (Planning, Procurement, Sales, etc.) regarding the implementation of validated action plans.

• Represent Customer Service within CS&L instances

• Coordinate assortment movements within your Category (substitutions, referencing, discontinuations, etc.).

• Propose continuous improvements on processes for ordering, logistics costs, and management tools.

• Provide team support, if needed, for grouping activities (creation of delivery notes) and smoothing warehouse load.

CONDITIONS

Internship location: Boulogne-Billancourt Internship start date: January 2027 Remuneration: €1,300 (Bac+4 / gap year) to €1,500 (Bac+5) gross/month Benefits:

ABOUT YOU

To achieve great things together, we are looking for someone:

• Available from January 2027 for a duration of 6 months

• Preferably with a Bac+5 level in an engineering or business school, for an end-of-study internship

• Comfortable with English and IT tools (Excel, SAP, aptitude for analytical tools)

• Known for your rigor, interpersonal skills, curiosity, ability to get straight to the point, and sense of challenge

• Autonomous, organized, with a desire to take on responsibilities quickly and with a team spirit
