SAP ISH Consultant (m/f/d)

Job Description We are looking for a professional with experience in functional analysis and the definition of SAP solutions for the healthcare field, participating in projects for the implementation, evolution and support of hospital systems. Ability to act as a link between business areas and technical teams, ensuring the correct translation of functional requirements into efficient solutions aligned with healthcare processes.

Functional Knowledge:

• SAP IS-H (Hospital Management).

• SAP IS-H*med.

• Management of patients, admissions, discharges and movements.

• Management of care episodes.

• Hospital billing and associated financial processes.

• Emergency management, hospitalization and outpatient visits.

• Clinical and administrative processes in hospital environments.

• Development of functional analyses and requirement specifications.

• Design and validation of functional tests (SIT/UAT).

• Functional support and issue resolution.

Requirements

Technical Knowledge:

• Knowledge of SAP architecture and integration processes.

• Analysis of interfaces and integrations with external systems.

• SAP Fiori and user experience.

• Knowledge of SAP ABAP for functional analysis and review of developments.

• Basic debugging and issue analysis.

• SAP iDoc, RFC, BAPI and Web Services.

• Integration using HL7 and FHIR.

• Knowledge of databases and data analysis.

• SAP Solution Manager/SAP Cloud ALM.

Experience in Healthcare Environments:

• Integration with HIS, LIS, RIS and PACS systems.

• Interoperability between clinical and administrative systems.

• Knowledge of hospital care circuits.

• Management of healthcare master data.

• Participation in digital transformation projects in hospitals.

SAP S/4HANA (Highly Valuable):

• Experience in migration or transformation projects to SAP S/4HANA.

• Knowledge of the functional and technical implications of S/4HANA in Healthcare environments.

• Participation in conversion, integration and process optimization projects.

• Experience with SAP Fiori and new features associated with S/4HANA.
