Senior Account Executive: US Navy

The Opportunity: Define the Future of Defense Are you ready to bring the world’s #1 AI driven CRM to the frontline of national security? We are seeking an elite sales professional to lead the charge of digital transformation within the US Navy. You will be instrumental in modernizing how our military operates, helping them leverage data to improve readiness, streamline operations, and support the soldier.

We are looking for a Senior Account Executive who combines a "hunter" mentality with the strategic poise of a trusted advisor. If you are looking for a role with high visibility, uncapped potential, and the chance to make a tangible impact on the DoW mission, this is it.

Your Mission As a key player, you will own a strategic territory within the US Navy. You will move beyond transactional selling to build enduring partnerships, delivering the full power of the Salesforce Customer 360 Platform to solve the Navy's most complex challenges.

• Spearhead New Growth: You will identify and capture greenfield opportunities, introducing innovative cloud and AI solutions to untouched areas of the Army enterprise.

• Orchestrate the Win: You won't go it alone. You will lead a world-class, cross-functional "matrix team" including solution engineers, product specialists, and customer success managers to execute complex, high-value deal cycles.

• Be a Trusted Advisor: You will dive deep into customer challenges, moving from "vendor" to "strategic partner" by articulating how Salesforce solves critical pain points in logistics, personnel, readiness, and finance.

• Drive the Ecosystem: Leverage the massive momentum of the Salesforce ecosystem to nurture existing relationships and drive expansion revenue.

What Success Looks Like

• Exceeding Targets: You have a history of not just hitting quota, but crushing it. You thrive in a high-performance environment.

• Strategic Vision: You can see the big picture of DoW acquisition and know how to navigate the complex pathways to contract execution.

• Mission Alignment: You possess a genuine passion for the US Navy's success and understand the nuances of the military culture.

What You Bring to the Table

• Proven Sales Excellence: A demonstrated track record of success in complex enterprise software sales. You know how to close big deals.

• DoW/Navy Expertise: Experience navigating the DoD landscape is highly desirable. You understand the language, the stakeholders, and the acquisition cycles unique to the defense sector.

• A "Challenger" Mindset: You are not afraid to challenge the status quo to help your customers innovate. You are relentless, resilient, and driven by results.

• Leadership Capability: The ability to motivate and lead an extended team without direct authority, driving everyone toward a shared win.

Why Join the Salesforce Navy Team?

• Impact: Your work directly contributes to the efficiency and readiness of the US Navy.

• Growth: Salesforce is the fastest-growing top-5 enterprise software company. The growth potential within the DoD sector is immense.

• Culture: Join a company that consistently ranks as one of the "Best Places to Work," known for its Ohana culture, competitive compensation, and commitment to employee success.
