Your profile

• Assist General Manager in maximising revenue opportunities and minimising costs

• Ensure the team provides the highest levels of service to every customer either in shop or through delivery

• Ensure product quality and presentation is maintained to an excellent standard.

• Maintain an up to date knowledge of products and encourage staff to develop their product knowledge

• Assist General Manager with the recruitment process and trial shifts when required

• Together with General Manager identify training needs to improve team performance

• Ensure product quality and presentation is maintained to an excellent standard.

• Work with the General Manager on building a team within the shop which will enable it to meet or exceed targets and achieve bonus

• Ensure all company policies and procedures in relation to HR are fully implemented, communicated and understood by all staff

• Ensure that the restaurant is open and adequately staffed during the trading hours required

Your skills and qualifications

• Management experience in customer facing environment within food/hospitality industry

• Food Safety and H&S Level 2 minimum

• Ideally First Aid trained

• Good Planning and Organisational skills.

• Totally customer focused and passionate about the business

• Calm under pressure

• Be able to manage, motivate and coach teams

• Results driven with a proven track record of performance

• Computer literate

• Results driven with a proven track record of performance

• Good communication skills and fluent English

• Salary £24,000 - £27,000 pa
