Job description

Our fifth company, Engeform Gestão de Recursos, is focused on managing portfolios of securities, real estate assets, investment funds, and other assets in the real estate and infrastructure sectors, particularly those linked to energy and basic sanitation. These are valuable markets where Engeform adds its experience and knowledge to provide differentiated performance for the investment vehicles under its management.

We have an opportunity in the Resource Management unit to work as a Real Estate Fund Manager.

Responsibilities and assignments

• Strategic vision to identify new business and structure solid investment theses in the real estate segment, being responsible for the management of real estate-based funds, monitoring strategy, thesis, and results based on active management of the funds' portfolio. This professional will also be responsible for identifying and evaluating new business opportunities in the real estate market, conducting due diligence of assets and operations.

• The role also includes monitoring fund performance indicators, liaising with quotaholders, administrators, custodians, and other service providers, as well as preparing management reports and communication materials for the market.

• The manager is also expected to monitor the macroeconomic and regulatory scenario of the real estate and investment fund sector, anticipating risks and opportunities.

Requirements and qualifications

Requirements:

• Solid experience in real estate fund management or in related areas of the capital market and real estate, with a proven track record of managing and conducting investment theses.

• In-depth knowledge of the structure and regulation of FIIs (CVM, B3 rules, and applicable legislation) is necessary, as well as solid analytical capacity for evaluating real estate assets and structured operations.

Education:

• Certifications such as CGA and CGE.

• Higher education in Administration, Economics, Engineering, Accounting, or related fields is expected, with postgraduate studies or an MBA being desirable.
