What you will get

• Work in an engaging and collaborative laboratory environment.

• Expand your skills across human primary immune cell biology and bioassay platform development.

• Gain practical experience with human primary immune cell isolation, cutting‑edge cell-based assays, and advanced immunogenicity screening techniques.

• Lead and contribute to real-world client projects, playing a direct role in evaluating and advancing therapeutic candidates.

What you will do

• Support and deliver in vitro cell-based bioassays to assess immune responses to therapeutic candidates across multiple client studies.

• Perform routine isolation, banking, and characterisation of human peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) following standard operational procedures.

• Maintain reliable laboratory workflows, troubleshoot routine experimental procedures, and assist in optimising and expanding assay capabilities.

• Keep accurate laboratory records, compile findings into technical reports, and present results to project teams and clients.

What we are looking for:

• Degree (BSc or MSc) in Biological Sciences, Immunology, or a related discipline.

• Solid theoretical understanding of immunology and bioassay principles.

• Hands-on laboratory experience with cell culture techniques, aseptic handling, or immune cell isolation, preferably in an industrial environment.

• Strong commitment to continuous learning and professional development

• Clear communication, strong record-keeping abilities, and meticulous attention to detail.
