The ideal candidate is highly adaptable and comfortable moving from project to project, quickly developing deep subject matter expertise, creating clarity in ambiguous environments, and driving execution until the business is positioned for sustained success. This is a high-visibility opportunity with direct impact on how our operations scale efficiently and effectively in support of our mission to make access to space safe and cost-effective.

• Gap-Filling Program Ownership: Step into high-priority areas where ownership, process maturity, or organizational structure may be limited, and provide the leadership needed to establish direction, create momentum, and drive outcomes.

• Rapid Subject Matter Expertise Development: Quickly learn complex business processes, tools, and operational challenges in order to become an effective program leader and trusted partner, then transition to the next critical initiative as business needs evolve.

• Feature Communication: Clearly communicate feature launches, updates, and roadmaps to multiple operational audiences through presentations, demos, training materials, and written documentation.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Facilitate regular syncs, workshops, and working sessions across operations, engineering, product, and leadership teams to drive alignment, transparency, and executional excellence.

• Reporting & Executive Communication: Track adoption, program performance, risks, pain points, and business impact to deliver clear, data-driven updates and recommendations to senior leadership.
