Overview

The scope carries higher responsibility as a BPO from the business side. Would support iSales BEL/AZE rollout and iSales Remediation 3.0 also as a BPO.

Responsibilities

• Lead BD&SE digital demand as a BPO;

• Translate business needs into technical requirements and vice versa;

• Ensure alignment on priorities, timelines, and scope;

• Coordinate communication between all parties involved;

• Support digital deployment activities;

• Manage the rollout of digital tools, systems, and process changes;

• Coordinate testing, validation, and go-live readiness;

• Track deployment progress and resolve blockers;

• Collaborate with BD&SE, Reporting, Routing, and SFA teams;

• Gather business inputs and ensure needs are reflected in solutions and Commercial AOP;

• Support process design and execution for field-facing digital tools;

• Help ensure reporting logic, routing rules, and SFA functionality are properly implemented;

• Provide functional guidance and issue resolution;

• Troubleshoot deployment issues in partnership with IT;

• Support users during implementation and hypercare;

• Escalate critical issues when needed and follow through to closure;

• Drive adoption and process improvement;

• Help users understand new digital capabilities and workflows;

• Identify opportunities to improve deployment efficiency and user experience;

• Support change management and communication efforts.

Qualifications

• 5 or more years of experience in sales within the FMCG sector;

• Experience in sales across various distribution channels;

• Proven experience in developing and implementing digital sales tools;

• English level: Upper-Intermediate or higher;

• Proficient user of MS Office programs;

• Strong leadership and management skills;

• Strong analytical skills;

• Good programming skills, including working with various databases;

• Strong communication and negotiation skills;

• Presentation skills;

• Coaching and training facilitation skills.
