Your future job, if you accept it…

• Conduct fire expertise studies for various clients, particularly for nuclear installations (design of new, operational, or decommissioning facilities)

• Review fire risk management studies from team members.

• Support and train study engineers to enhance their skills in the areas handled by the team.

• Perform complex fire modeling necessary for studies with dedicated software (FDS, CFAST, etc.), verify and review the post-processing of calculations and associated notes.

• Verify and review fire safety engineering studies for various activities, notably ICPE (failure mode study, evacuation compatibility with mezzanine failure kinematics, etc.)

• Develop and implement methods, tools (empirical correlations, etc.), and best practices for the fire department in collaboration with the team.

• Communicate with all Airbus PROTECT specialists in areas related to fire (safety, etc.)

• Manage calls for tenders, client interface, and ensure compliance with deadlines and project margins.

To meet client needs, 60% of missions are carried out on business trips.

Are you our future talent?

• You are an Engineer or hold a master's degree specializing in fire, combustion, or fluid mechanics.

• You have solid experience in fire in a nuclear environment (ideally 12 years).

• You have strong knowledge of fluid mechanics, combustion, and/or fire phenomenology.

• Knowledge of FDS and CFAST software.

• Good knowledge of the client and the CEA environment is a plus.

• English needed for some international projects
