Advise clients on EPM and planning best practices, planning maturity, and process design, helping them move beyond tool implementation toward value driven performance management.
Act as a trusted advisor to finance leadership, confidently leading conversations, navigating complexity and constructively challenging assumptions when appropriate.
Participate in presales activities, including solution framing, client discussions, and demonstrations focused on business outcomes rather than technical features.
Lead by example and serve as a mentor within the practice by sharing Pigment and industry expertise, applying and reinforcing delivery best practices and maintaining clear, structured business process and requirements documentation.
Support structured and on-time delivery by planning and tracking tasks, managing dependencies, and applying project management best practices at a workstream or engagement level.
