Avvale is looking for a Observability Solutions Architect.
Role and position
La risorsa si occuperà di progettare architetture end-to-end di osservabilità e monitoraggio per ambienti enterprise complessi, cloud e ibridi, comprendendo log, metriche e distributed tracing. Definirà e implementerà pipeline di telemetria basate su OpenTelemetry, integrando le principali piattaforme di observability e supportando i team nel miglioramento dell’affidabilità delle applicazioni e dell’infrastruttura.
Requirements and skills
Up to 2 years of experience as an Architect or Solutions Architect are required, with a background in software development and strong expertise in architectural solution design. Solid knowledge of Observability and OpenTelemetry is required, along with experience using tools and platforms such as Prometheus, Grafana, Elastic, OpenSearch, Azure Monitor, CloudWatch, or Dynatrace. Good command of English is required.

In line with our commitment to transparency and people development, the gross annual salary (RAL) for this position ranges between €35000 and €45000, commensurate with experience and skills. The position is covered by the 'CCNL Commercio e Terziario' (National Collective Labor Agreement for Commerce and Service Sector), alongside a benefits package that includes meal vouchers, wellbeing initiatives (including Wellhub), and growth opportunities.
