Industrial Engineering | Business Analytics internship: KPI framework implementation

Introduction

The Quality Engineering & Excellence team within the Reuse & Repair sector supports a large engineering organization in Veldhoven. The team enables consistent quality, performance, and continuous improvement across reuse and repair activities. A KPI framework is currently being established, and the next step is to successfully implement and embed it across the organization.
